John Lee

Founder

John is an industry veteran with over 28 years of experience leading scaled strategy, product, operations, data science, and measurement organizations for some of the world's leading consumer brands, media companies, and technology providers including CapGemini, Liberty Mutual, Merkle, Dentsu, and NBCUniversal. Recently recognized as a part of the 2024 DataIQ100 most influential leaders in data, he is an innovator who helps businesses “see around corners” on how data can drive competitive advantage as regulation and technology evolves. 

 

John’s unique area of expertise is in the development and monetization of audience-based planning, activation, and measurement products that work seamlessly across digital media and marketing channels. He served as the founder, chief architect, and business owner of such platforms supporting billions in media investment and hundreds of millions in direct revenue on both the agency and publisher ends of the ecosystem. 

 

John resides with his family in Wellesley, MA.

Doug Bryan

Senior Advisor

Doug Bryan is a seasoned data science executive and business transformation consultant with over 40 years of experience in technology and analytics. His career spans roles at major tech companies, startups, and academic institutions, including positions as Personalization Lead at Amazon.com, lecturer at Stanford University, SVP of Data Science Products at Merkle, and Research Manager at Accenture Labs.

At Amazon, he led teams that generated over $2 billion in incremental revenue through personalized recommendations. He has consistently delivered significant improvements across roles, including 46% increased conversion rates at Merkle and 100% improved marketing response rates at KXEN (later acquired by SAP).

Currently, Doug’s focus is on AutoML, chatbot ensembles, and AI strategy.  He has worked with notable clients including Ralph Lauren, NBCUniversal, Wells Fargo, Motorola, Marks & Spencer, and Carnival Cruise Line.

Lynette Kaylor

She brings deep expertise in data integration, advanced TV, CTV, digital media, and the infrastructure that connects the buy side, sell side, and measurement.

Lynette’s unique experience on both the buy side and sell side enables her to approach partnerships with a clear understanding of the value proposition for both parties. This perspective has been instrumental in pushing through first-of-their-kind deals with industry leaders like Comcast, Disney, and Roku. Known for her strategic approach and creative problem-solving, she consistently delivers transformative outcomes, helping organizations achieve new milestones, unlock growth opportunities, and stay ahead in an evolving industry.

Tim Fielder

Tim Fielder brings over 30 years of experience helping leading brands engage directly with their consumers by aligning strategy, marketing, technology, delivery, analytics, and measurement. Tim is widely recognized for his ability to bridge the gap between business and technology, leveraging innovative solutions to enhance customer experiences and improve organizational efficiency. With a proven track record of utilizing customer data and emerging technologies, he has consistently delivered measurable improvements in both customer engagement and employee productivity.

 

Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, Tim enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family when he's not driving success for his clients.

Dan Bernard

Senior Advisor

Dan brings Scout Data Advisors 25 years of experience putting data-driven audience marketing strategies into action. He brings a deep practitioner point of view to client relationships, having led client-side data science teams and founded client service teams at brand and performance marketing agencies.

 

Among his accomplishments, Dan played a pivotal role in the development of DTC marketing channels in the life insurance industry, and, most recently, led the development of NBCUniversal’s internal first party data-driven marketing capability. At NBCUniversal, Dan worked with a dozen DTC and B2B brands (Parks, Bravo, CNBC, News, Sports, and others) to identify and activate new sources of first party data, resulting in some of the company’s best performing marketing campaigns.

 

Dan has an MBA with distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and lives with his family in New Hampshire.
